Goldex

Privacy Policy

This page explains what information this independent review site handles when you read it. It covers the review pages only. It does not cover any account you open with Goldex Casino or any other operator, because those accounts are run by the operators, not by us.

Who runs this site

This is an editorial website that reviews online casinos for readers in Australia. We write about bonus conditions, payment methods, games and support, and we publish our own opinion. We do not operate a casino, we do not take deposits, and we do not hold player accounts.

Because of that, there is no registration here. You can read every page without giving us a name, an email address or a password.

What we collect

Like most websites, our server keeps technical logs. A log line normally contains your IP address, the type of browser and device, the page you asked for, the referring page and the time of the request. We use these logs to keep the site running, to spot errors and to block abusive traffic.

If you write to us, we also keep the message and the address you wrote from, for as long as it takes to answer you. We do not ask for payment card details, government identity numbers or anything similar, and you should never send them to us.

Cookies and measurement

We may set a small number of cookies or similar storage to remember a choice you made, such as dismissing a notice, and to count visits in aggregate. These do not identify you by name. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the pages will still read normally if you do.

We do not build advertising profiles of individual readers on this site.

When you click through to an operator

Our buttons lead to the Goldex Casino website. The moment you arrive there you have left this site, and the operator's own privacy policy and terms apply. The sign-up form we looked at asks for an email address, a password, a phone number, a country, a currency and a tick-box confirming you are 18 or older. We never see what you type into it.

Some links may be tracked, so the operator can tell that a visit came from this review. That tracking records the visit, not your identity.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal data. Log data is shared only with the providers that host and measure the site, and with authorities when the law requires it. We keep raw logs for a limited period and then delete or anonymise them. Messages you send us are deleted once the conversation is finished, unless we need to keep them to resolve a complaint.

Your choices and changes to this page

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it, using the contact route listed on this site. We will answer within a reasonable time and tell you if we cannot comply and why.

When this policy changes, the new version replaces this one on the same page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated text. Anyone under 18 should not be using this site at all.
